VoiceFlow Home Page

The VoiceFlow Home Page is the central hub for managing all your voice interaction flows. It offers a streamlined and intuitive interface where users can create, edit, and manage voice-driven workflows. Whether you're working on building a conversational chatbot or a voice assistant, this page serves as your starting point for all voice-related projects.

Key Features of the VoiceFlow Home Page

The VoiceFlow Home Page has several prominent features aimed at enhancing usability and efficiency for managing voice workflows:

1. VoiceFlow Name

  • For each voice interaction flow, the VoiceFlow Name is displayed as the primary identifier. This allows users to easily differentiate between various flows and quickly locate the specific one they need to work on.

2. Description

  • Each VoiceFlow is accompanied by a Description field that highlights its purpose, functionality, or any relevant details. This helps provide context and enables users to remember the goals or structure of the flow, particularly when managing multiple workflows.

3. Actions Section

  • The VoiceFlow Actions column includes action buttons that let users:
    • Edit: Modify the existing VoiceFlow settings and configuration.
    • Delete: Remove the VoiceFlow entirely from the system if it's no longer needed.
    • View: Access the full details of the VoiceFlow for further inspection or analysis.

4. Empty State Placeholder (No Data)

  • When no VoiceFlows have been created, the page displays a No Data placeholder with a visual indicator (icon with a folder and cross), reminding users that they can start creating their first VoiceFlow. This placeholder disappears as soon as the user creates and saves their first VoiceFlow.

Additional Elements on the Home Page

The VoiceFlow Home Page also includes several user-friendly elements that facilitate navigation and interaction:

1. Navigation Panel

  • Located on the left-hand side of the page, the Navigation Panel provides users with quick access to other core areas of the platform:
